Project in Lane cove
Reddie Building constructed this brand new full brick construction on a challenging and steep corner block. Located in a dead-end street with limited access, Reddie Building has consistently prioritised the satisfaction of neighbours and the clearance of the road. This exquisite home boasts a range of amenities including floor heating, A/C, a lock-up basement garage and storage, bedroom and lounge balconies overlooking Local National Parks.
Effective management of multiple trades on a challenging construction site necessitates proactive planning and effective communication.
Initially, the construction involved the use of large excavation equipment, including rock saws and jackhammers, to carve out the sandstone. Our experience proved invaluable in managing the site effectively. Additionally, the building required the coordination of three distinct styles of brick and concrete blocks simultaneously, which presented a unique challenge.
Reddie Building consistently demonstrated its readiness by being prepared to handle site space constraints for material storage, skips bins, and plant equipment.

At Reddie Building, we transform visions into reality, as showcased by our stunning brick veneer home, nestled on one of St Ives’ finest streets. This spacious residence features five oversized bedrooms, two with ensuites, a theatre room, and a guest bedroom. High-quality polyurethane cupboard storage lines hallways and bedrooms, while solar electricity and low-E glass windows ensure sustainability. The property includes a large double car garage with storage and an in-ground concrete swimming pool with spa jets.
Surrounded by native trees, we prioritized their preservation through careful excavation, navigating around canopies and roots. The build began with precise strip footings, brickwork, and a split-level concrete slab. Crafted with traditional techniques, this beautiful, oversized family home offers something for everyone. Reddie Building delivers excellence with precision and care, creating your dream home with passion.
Project in Artarmon
Australian spotted gum has to be one of Australia’s most versatile and favoured hardwoods, suitable for everything from decking to internal flooring and feature beams or slatted screens.
This timber is at the more expensive end of the hardwood range due to its durability and high demand.
Reddie Building constructed this deck at Artarmon, which features steps down to the pavement, an in-built bench seat, and storage space under the deck for the lawnmower and garden gear.
Finishing off the newly constructed in-ground concrete swimming pool and evergreen Japanese-themed garden, which was also designed and installed by the Reddie Building team.
